Then, open this appointment and click "Start or Join Online Consultation." This will open your online session and connect you with a writing consultant.

The Writing Center at 94 President's Circle
The Writing Center has computers, style manuals, dictionaries, writing guides, composition textbooks, and various handouts on citation and self-editing available as resources. The staff is a mixture of trained peer consultants, graduate teaching assistants and composition faculty from the English Department. Online appointment options are also available during our regular business hours at this location.

The Writing Center in Mitchell Memorial Library
Located right next to the Research Services desk, this is a resource-rich environment and a great place to work on research writing. Here, you can work with one of our writing consultants, and research librarians are also nearby to help with any questions about finding or locating source materials.
Location:
Mitchell Memorial Library is located on the Drill Field near the Swalm Chemical Engineering Building and the Hand Chemical Laboratory (see Campus Maps). The consulting area is located on the second floor of the library in Research Services (past the computer commons area).

The Writing Center at Templeton Athletic Center
The Templeton Writing Center is operated by the English Department and open for all student-athletes. Its operation is made possible by the generous assistance of Mississippi State University Athletic Academics.
Location:
Templeton Athletic Academic Center is located beyond the Humphrey Coliseum on Lakeview Drive (see Campus Maps). Our consulting center is on the lower level, across from the elevator.
Hours:
Monday-Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Sunday-Thursday: 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
