Elena is currently enrolled in MSU's English master's program after completing her bachelor's degree at MSU in Secondary English Education. She is originally from Kosciusko, Mississippi, although she has also lived in Union, Mississippi; Churchpoint, Louisiana; and Lafayette, Louisiana. She loves reading fantasy, mystery, and dystopian novels and carries a deep-rooted love for painting and anything that has to do with the arts. Her weekends typically consist of visiting various farmer markets, antique shops, and bookstores, even if she has no more room in her apartment for new purchases.
